HOW
We’ve increased the prices printed on our menu about the equivalent of a proper gratuity.
Our FOH + BOH teams are often cross-trained and receive similar hourly compensation.
We don’t encourage additional tipping because we want the cost for guests to remain the same.
And we mean it…there are no tip lines when you sign for your credit card, and you will not be prompted at counter kiosks for an additional percentage.
